Building surveying
Through our sister company PSK Building Surveyors, we are able to provide a comprehensive range of professional services through their well established firm of chartered building surveyors.
The building surveying department undertakes structural surveys and appraisals in relation to new and old properties, including advice relating to fire and other statutory regulations, party wall matters and building disputes.
They provide reports concerning alterations, repairs, programmed maintenance, dilapidations and schedules of condition. The department extends its activities to site investigation, measuring and level surveys of land.
Project management
PSK Building Surveyors take on the complete duties of project co ordination, responsible only to the client, advising and reporting independently, whilst guiding the design and construction team to simplify decision and instruction procedures.
In addition, it provides development control monitoring in areas of forward purchases and commitment, as well as undertaking appointments of Clerks of Works and providing supervisory services.
Architectural design
Their building and design department offers full architectural services, including CAD in relation to new buildings and properties acquired for conversion, alteration or refurbishment, advising on the suitability, the use intended, methods of alteration, building regulations and other statutory requirements.
Experienced in major contracts, services are provided from feasibility studies through working drawing stages and competitive or negotiated tendering to supervising construction works through to completion.
